Delivery

When will I get my order?

Orders usually take 3–7 days to fulfill, after which they’re shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location within the U.S., but most orders arrive in 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities across the U.S. Your order will be routed to the facility best able to deliver quickly to your location.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we’re only shipping orders within the United States.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors
  • Ask your local post office if they’re holding your package
  • Check with neighbors in case the courier left it nearby

If your shipping address was correct and you still haven’t received your package, contact us at hello@hungry-inc.com with your order number. If there was an address mistake, we can send a replacement order, but shipping will be at your cost.

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. Orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to you that can fulfill them most efficiently.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or shipment, email us at hello@hungry-inc.com.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Email us at hello@hungry-inc.com within 1 week of receiving your item. Please include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Your order number
  • Any other relevant details

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges. But if something is wrong with your order, let us know right away at hello@hungry-inc.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only given if you receive the wrong item or a damaged item. If that’s the case, contact us with photos and we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We don’t offer exchanges. Please check our sizing charts in each product description before ordering.

If you received a mislabeled item, email us at hello@hungry-inc.com within a week of receiving it. Include your order number and photos, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
